New regulations about the PF&CAD scoring

Important notes

• All the academics at Koya University are requested to achieve the QA three main activities. Even the PhD students who are lecturing at their faculties are requested too, for the student feedback and teacher portfolio, whereas for the CAD they need to achieve 50% as a minimum.

• Any activity under the umbrella of the QA regulations should be set clearly on the PF&CAD website. Without a clear uploaded proof document it will not be considered.

• The academic staff has the right to present only one seminar during the academic year. He/she can present other seminars if they are based on a published article, contributing to a conference or participating a training course.

• Presenting any seminar needs to submit the PPT presentation slides to the QA directorate after the seminar within 3 days, and through the faculty Officer, otherwise it will not be considered. We have a PPT presentations bank and evaluation at the QA directorate.

• Any committee to be considered as an activity should be approved by an official letter (Farman). Meeting minutes or any other documents will not be considered.

• Any participation or contribution to conference, workshop, symposium and training course inside the University will be approved as an activity only when these conference, workshop and training course are approved by a University letter (Faramni Zankoi).

• Peer review: The head of department has the responsibility to a assign a peer reviewer to every course book. The reviewer should write a one page (maximum) statement about the course book structure and format. The reviewer may review the class website also. Any course book uploaded to the PF&CAD site without the peer reviewer name and his/her statement will not considered. No mutual peer reviewing is allowed. The dead line for coursebook upload, including peer reviewer name, is November 23rd. The statement should be submitted to Head of Department.

• Till Feb. 1st, 2015, every academic is requested to prepare at least 40 question for the semester course and at least 80 questions for the year course, representing what we call it; question bank. These questions cover most ideas of the taught course and the final semester/final year questions should be from question bank.

*هەموو کەسە ئەکادیمییەکانی زانکۆی کۆیە دەبێ هەر سێ چالاکییە سەرەکییەکەی دڵنیایی جۆری جێبەجێ بکەن. تەنانەت خوێندکارانی دکتۆراش کە وانە دەڵێنەوە لە فەکەڵتییەکانیان دەبێ جێبەجێی بکەن بۆ فیدباکی خوێندکارانی و پۆرتفۆلیۆی مامۆستا، وە بۆ کادیش CAD دەبێ بە لای کەم %٥٠ی جێبەجێ بکەن.

*هەر چالاکییەک لە ژێر رێکار و یاساکانی دڵنیایی جۆریی دەبێ بە روونی لە وێبگەی PF&CAD واتە وێبگەی نموونەی کاری مامۆستا دابنرێت. ئەگەر بێتوو دۆکیمێنتەکان بە جوانی بەرزنەکرابنەوە و روون نەبن ئەوە ئەژمار ناکرێن.

*ستافی ئەکادیمی مافی ئەوەی هەیە لە ماوەی ساڵی ئەکادیمیدا تەنها یەک سیمینار پێشکەش بکات. ئەو کەسە دەتوانێ سیمیناری تر پێشکەش بکات کە تایبەت بێت بە ئارتیکڵی بڵاوکراوە یا بەشداربوونی لە کۆنفرانس و خولی فێرکاریی.

*بۆ پێشکەشکردنی هەر سیسمینارێک، پێویستە فایلی پریسێنتەیشەنەکە PPT سلایدەکان بدرێتە بەڕێوبەرایەتی دڵنیایی جۆری دوای سێ رۆژ لە پێشکەشکردنی سیسمینارەکە، لە رێی فەرمانبەری فەکەڵتییەکەوە، بە پێچەوانەوە هەژمار ناکرێت. لە بەڕێوبەرایەتی دڵنیایی جۆری بانکی پریسێنتەیشنمان هەیە و هەڵسەنگاندنیان بۆ ئەکەین.

*بەشدار بوون لە هەر لیژنەیەک بێ فەرمانی زانکۆیی بە چالاکی ئەژمار ناکرێت.

*هەر بەشدارییەک لە کۆنفرانس، ۆرکشۆپ و خولەکانی را‌هێنان لە ناو زانکۆ، تەنها ئەوکاتە ئەژمار ئەکرێن کە لە لایەن زانکۆوە پەسەند کرابن بە فەرمانی فەرمیی.

*(Peer review): کۆرس بووک پێش ئه‌وه‌ی بدرێت به‌ ڕێکخه‌ری به‌ش و دواتربه‌ قوتابی، له‌لایه‌ن مامۆستایه‌کی هاوه‌ڵه‌وه پێداچونه‌وه له‌سه‌ر ناوه‌ڕۆکی‌ کۆرسبووکه ده‌کات و په‌سه‌ندی ده‌کات و واژووی له‌سه‌ر ده‌کات .‌

* (Question bank): بانکی پرسیار بریتیه‌ له‌ کۆمه‌ڵه‌ پرسیارێک مامۆستای وانه‌بێژ ده‌یدات به‌ قوتابی به‌لایه‌نی که‌م دوو هه‌فته پێش ده‌ستپێکردنی تاقیکردنه‌وه‌ی کۆتایی. له‌و کۆمه‌ڵه‌ پرسیاره‌ مامۆستاکه‌ چه‌ند پرسیارێک (بۆ نموونه‌ 4-5 پرسیار) ده‌هێنێته‌وه‌. ئه‌م شێوازه‌ له‌ ڕووی دڵنیایی جۆریه‌وه به‌ مه‌به‌ستی به‌دواداچوون و زیاترتێگه‌یشتنی قوتابیه‌ بۆ ئه‌و کۆرسه‌ی وه‌ری ده‌گرێ و له‌ زۆر زانکۆ پێشکه‌وتوه‌کانی جیهان په‌یڕه‌ و ده‌کرێت. له‌و به‌شانه‌ی سیستمی کۆرساتیان هه‌یه‌ ژماره‌ی پرسیاره‌کان له‌ 40 پرسیار که‌متر نه‌بێت و له‌و‌ به‌شانه‌ی سیستمی خوێندنیان ساڵانه‌یه‌ له‌ 80 پرسیار که‌متر نه‌بێت، ئەمەش تاوەکو ١ی مانگی دوو ٢٠١٥ دەبێ ئەو پرسیارانە ئامادە بکرێن.
